Observation

Two infants were napping inside and Provider was outside with the other children. Provider was not within sight and hearing range. Provider said she had been going in and out and also using a monitoring devise on her phone. Shortly after Licensor advised of required supervising for napping infants, Provider brought the children inside and was within sight and hearing range.
